It still runs OK on my Surface Pro (for now), but that only has a 12" screen. I was playing with ISO the other night, set it to 12800. ON1 Photo RAW 2019.2 is the only solution to utilize AI-powered algorithms to transfer and display Lightroom edited photos in ON1 Photo RAW 2019.2.
I have yet to find something that gives me the same control over my images.
With On1 Raw Photo RAW, they started from the bottom, giving you a completely new raw editor. Adobe Camera Raw, Lightroom, Rawtherapee, GIMP, UFRaw, DxO and Capture One, to list a few.

But as PR has got prgressively bigger and more bloated, it has also got slower and slower almost to the point where it's unusable on my Core i5 PC with 16 GB of RAM, despite my having added a fast 4 GB 1050i graphics card. Who wouldnt like Photoshop with a photo library and organisation. I don't have the problem you've seen, using it with a mouse or with the pen on my Surface Pro. I've been using ON1 Photo Raw since the days when it was Perfect Effects 4, and I'm getting to the point where I've all but given up.
